Mists Of Avandaro - 120:02 minutes (109.89 MB)
Over 200,000 people showed up to take part in a day of peace, love, and music and the event was seen to completion despite the government's attempt to halt it mid-way through. As the government moved towards harsher ways to halt the rock and roll scene from creating social changes that it felt endangered its hold on the social structure, rock bands became increasingly adept at keeping their music and message alive by going underground and creating their own venues within the "lost cities" of Mexican society. The Mexican government could attempt to quash this youth movement through radio and television bans but they could never crush the spirit of those who believed in creating a new way of life through rock and roll.
