This is excellent background music for study or artistic creation. It's not meant as something to turn up and jam out to, but as something to tune your mind for concentration and creation. Alchemists of the time would have listened to this as they contemplated the chemical formulas hidden in allegoral readings of ancient myths. For the modern mind, I recommend trying a little sacred geometry. Pick out a shape, maybe a simple cube if you don't draw well, or Metatron's Cube, pictured here, if you need a challenge. Use a ruler and protractor, even a compass, to get it exactly right. Concentrate on the details. As you fill your mind with the purity and logic of the shapes, the concerns of this world will move aside. Later when those problems return to you, you will be able to focus on them logically because you have tuned your mind with logical and beautiful music and shapes.
